The timer is set to specific intervals. When it beeps, you do the rep.

DL (rest with weight on the floor)
SqDBL (rest in the rack position at the top)
SqG (rest at the bottom)
Pp/J DBL
Pullups
Box Jumps
GuS (heavy) L/R
Pushups (rest at the bottom)

Each for 2mins
1) 1 every 6s x20
2) 1 every 8s x16
3) 1 every 10s x12
