Carla likes to do Legs/Bum workouts, so for her birthday… 1/5/1983 28yrs old…
We do the following
Warmup/Intro
on the 40m main arena
Forward lunges 40m, then return doing Fwd Lunges with hands held OH
Side Squats 40m, then return doing same with hands held OH
DragonLunges 40m, then return doing same with hands held OH
GooseStepLunges 40m, then return doing same with hands held OH
BackwardGooseStepLunges 40m, then return doing same with hands held OH
BunnyHops 40m, then return doing same with hands held OH
Duckwalks 40m, and return
Then we set up the 3 leg killing PlyoBox drills using 10 different weights at each. When you do an EDT session with 10 weights, you get to do 19 sets. We’ll do 5 reps on each weight on each station, and also 1 set of 83xSqBw, and a set of 28 CossackSquats. This is gonna HURT!!!
Walking is overrated!
