Set up lots of PlyoBoxes/Benches
1) 47s of stepUps, 8s rest/move to next box, repeat for 12 sets
2) Add a KB in one hand (suitcase hold), repeat for 12 sets
3) Add a KB (racked), repeat for 12 sets
4) Add a KB (OH), repeat for 12 sets
5) Add a 2nd KB (DBL-OH), repeat for 12 sets, but only 32s per bench/box
6) A 2 set leg blaster – 2x32s with an 8s gap
