Steve Cotter – THE greatest kettlebell coach that has ever lived
Today, we are here to celebrate Steve Cotter’s 55th birthday, and born in 1970, it turns out, he’ll be 55 forever.
A phenomenal and athletic personality – listed in the “top 100 fittest people on earth” several times. Always up for a laugh, or a challenge, or an adventure, he has taught and united people of all walks of life and of every possible creed on 6 continents and in 75 countries.
There are at least a million people on earth today who have learned many training and life lessons from & with him and we count ourselves fortunate for the opportunities that we got to enjoy with him.
His athleticism is astounding, and even though he made almost all of us look bad (compared to his abilities), not once did he ever make us feel bad (when we couldn’t keep up).
For anyone who did not know it, Steve’s life motto is “Share the (IKFF) love”.
I thank God that I had the privilege of meeting him in not only a training environment, but on a personal level as well. We shared many amazing experiences in the limited time we had together.
A wicked sense of humour – so I am absolutely sure he would find the title for today’s celebration of his life and birthday quite amusing.
So, to Steve Cotter – the “Last Man Standing”. 55 rounds of 70 seconds – we thank you for the love.
