Awesome news everyone… Steve Cotter will be in South Africa in August 2010.

There will be a CKT Level 1 and also a CKT-FMD (Fitness & Movement Dynamics) Level 2 from 18-20 August 2010.

Time permitting we’ll hold master classes/workshops on the 21st August 2010.
