To do a class, you need: Comfortable shoes – preferably shoes without too much fancy support. Something plain is ideal – like wrestling shoes, or “Converse Chucks” Clothes you can sweat in A bottle of your preferred training drink (eg. water, energy drinks etc) For 1st timers, and people who need to have “pretty, soft hands”, we recommend some gloves to start (optional) Sweat towel (optional) An iron will!
