What do I need to bring?
To do a class, you need:
- Comfortable shoes – preferably shoes without too much fancy support. Something plain is ideal – like wrestling shoes, or “Converse Chucks”
- Clothes you can sweat in
- A bottle of your preferred training drink (eg. water, energy drinks etc)
- For 1st timers, and people who need to have “pretty, soft hands”, we recommend some gloves to start (optional)
- Sweat towel (optional)
- An iron will! (REQUIRED!)
Kettlebells and other training gear is provided.
