JM + WarmUp (160 club)

Take ALL the kettlebells and put them out in a circle.
Take a KB in each hand and do 1-legged DL’s (3L/3R) & then 3 burpees
In all – 70 KB’s so 210 DL’s on each leg and 210 burpees

HRMax= 184  kcal= 1055
