KB 3reps, 1 burpee
KB 6reps, 2 burpees
KB 9reps, 3 burpees
KB 12reps, 4 burpees
KB 15reps, 5 burpees
KB 18reps, 6 burpees
KB 21reps, 7 burpees
then next KB exercise

10 burpees just to finish it all off

In all…that’s 290 burpees & 840 KB moves
ROCKIN’!!!!!

JW kicked all our asses in terms of speed and consistency.
