4) Walking bridge
5) DuckWalk
6) KB Left
7) KB Right
8) Walking bridge

The KB exercises – 3 rounds – Swings, C+P, Snatches
Round 1: 60s on each of the 8 using Swings as the KB exercise
Round 2: 60s on each of the 8 using C+P as the KB exercise
Round 3: 60s on each of the 8 using Snatches as the KB exercise

Round 4: 90s on each of the 8 using Swings as the KB exercise
Round 5: 90s on each of the 8 using C+P as the KB exercise
Round 6: 90s on each of the 8 using Snatches as the KB exercise

For some reason, everyone looked tired in this workout. I can’t imagine why Cool
