Renegade rows,Box Jumps (1L & 2L), StepUps (weighted), Windshield Wipers, Pistols, DBL snatch, Evil Wheel, 1-arm Evil Wheel, DBL KB Sq, BearWalk (forwards & backwards).
Not very cardio at all, but a relief on the hands
