Over-indulged ‘cos it’s the festive season, and you’re now racked with guilt? Terrified that you have put on weight and undone all your hard work from last year?
Fear not! The best time to start fresh is NOW! Get your ass back to training immediately. No waiting for magic monday, or the Xth of January, or till you go back to work properly. Do yourself a huge favour and start the year with a bang.

If you do really feel guilty, then get yourself a kettlebell for home and do some extra training.

Evenings: 18h45
Saturday: 07h00
