JM & WarmUp Some core/glute/hamstring work. Take 2 heavy KB’s (40kg+ for guys, 24kg+ for girls). Place them next to each other and stand over them like you’re gonna do DBL-SW.Now pick up one and lift it over the other (like a leapfrog sideways) and place it in front of the one on the floor.Repeat till you get to the other side of the gym.Then go back again (keep facing the same way so that the other side of your body is leading on the way back). Bikram Kettlebells

Hey everyone – kettlebell classes will be starting at the Bikram Yoga Fourways studio(2nd floor, Design Quarter) from Thursday 1 October. Initially a lunch time class (12h30-13h30) on Tuesdays & Thursdays (possibly a 5-6pm session later on). Sessions are R90ea. A monthly rate or multi-class pass system will be implemented soon. I’ll keep them to 45mins of work so if you allow 5mins to get there, 5mins to shower (the studio has full shower facilities), and 5mins to get back, you can squeeze it into your lunch hour if you’re close by.
