Hey guys. Thanks for the great response to the kettlebells. Of the 200 that were available, there are now 4×24 left. (about 30 were requested but not yet paid/confirmed, so they might still slip back into the available list) If anyone is wanting more, please let me know so we can start arranging another batch

JM & WarmUp5   Here’s one from Steve. A challenge of sorts. Do the same number of burpees as the minute you’re on. Minute 1: 1 burpee – rest till the minute is done Mniute 2: 2 burpees – rest etc. Till you cannot complete the required number of burpees within the allotted time. Best scores: Ladies 14, Men 16 (equal record for the gym)   SW,C,SN,P/PP sets to finish

  Same idea as the morning, but the time is shorter, so the list is shorter too. JM & WarmUp5 100’s – do 100 reps of each of the movements using a light/medium weight. In this case, SW is 100 of any type, not 100x2H,100xAlt,100x(L),100x(R). SW,C,P/PP,SN,,BWSQ,Ringside stepups,Windmill.
