JM & Warmup10 A variation on the VO2max workout. Start with the usual 6min calibration set. On the work sets, get 3 different sized kettlebells. We work in 3min rounds, using the usual 15s work/15s rest, so a set of L & R uses 1min. min 1: light min 2: medium min 3: heavy Total of 65mins with a few rests here and there.
